- Caitlin Richmond Review added: 2018.06.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely terrible takeaway, pure awful employees who work there I'm not happy with the customer service, the delivery service or even the food service. I ordered it and I had to repeat myself at least five times and the guy on the phone had no manners what so ever he kept on telling me to hurry up as they are busy. The delivery guy took atleast an hour and a quarter. When it came it was disgusting!!! I ordered 2 plain fillet burger meal deals and one came with chili sauce on and the other turned up cold and hard and the chips on both were hard and cold. I then phoned back up and the guy on the phone started giving me abuse with faul language. I am really not happy at all with dixi world and I am disgusted that an employee would actually speak to a customer with lack of respect. I hope that the takeaway closes down as it is shocking!! Disgusting food, disgusting people who work there and I'm just appalled at this lack luster of a business.
